We had a great time here, niamh was a great server and went above and beyond to be helpful and sweet. The food was really good, burgers that will make you want to come back, sides and accompaniments that were great and worked well together. Drinks service was good too, the atmosphere was buzzing which made it hard work to hear each other at times but it works well for this venue. We can't wait to come back. Dietary restrictions: They cater for anything. Even tried to find out how many carbs were in the meal for mums insulin!

Overall, a good experience. A last minute booking, arrived on time but there was a little wait for the table. It’s quite a busy and chatty environment with a rustic surrounding. The menu is creative and the portion sizes are pretty big. Service is slightly slow and inattentive. I had a burger with was impressive in its size, yet the chicken was a little over cooked and the beef loaded fries were heavily over salted to the point of been slightly unmanageable. The chocolate fondant pudding was tasty yet small while surprisingly been stone cold whereas I anticipated it been warm. Overall it was a pleasant evening but more attention needs to be taken with food temperature and over-salting.

The food was excellent at Blockhouse and I would highly recommend a visit, loved all the dishes we tried. Great service from a friendly team too. Recommended!

Kim the server was amazing from start to finish. Brilliant atmosphere and amazing food… Girls loved the drink and the inch’s cider in draught was unreal. Parking: Parking can be a little difficult but we found a spot very easy…get here earlier is what I suggest.

We felt really looked after by the polite and friendly staff which were being very attentive with out table plus we had a complimentary Prosecco as we paid for balloons. Food was outstanding, everything tasted fresh and despite the restaurant being busy we have not waited long for food. Looking very Christmassy too, very good vibes, good music, and a nice overall atmosphere, definitely a nice modern touch. Wish we would of visited sooner but we will definitely be back, as it made it to our top restaurants. There is no feeling of a franchise whatsoever, even more, there is a feeling of independency and the food cooked at high standards. It is our first visit in a Paragon Group and I hope other places won’t disappoint. But people, please visit this restaurant, is well worthy.

Really nice meal, food was delicious. Service was decent, no complaints. The only let down was my dessert, the s’mores cookie dough - presentation could use some work. Otherwise a great experience.

The food was amazing, the service was quick and they were all really friendly. The building is really cool as well. Only downside is that it is quite dark and loud but it does fit with the theme of the place so it can be expected.

The best food in the area! We had the 'Meat Sweats' sharer and all of the food was cooked to perfection. Their mac & cheese is some of the best I've had and that is just the side dish!
